Ms. Sen specializes in advising clients on commercial litigation and regulatory matters. She has particular experience handling civil commercial, securities and antitrust litigation, including matters involving allegations of fraud or other corporate misconduct, internet and information privacy and security,e-commerce consumer protection law, and theft of intellectual property. Ms. Sen also has significant experience in alternative dispute resolution.
As an experienced litigator, Ms. Sen has extensive experience in drafting substantive and procedural pleadings and motions for matters in both Federal and State courts, taking and defending depositions, preparing clients and expert witnesses for depositions and testimony, and negotiating and drafting settlement agreements. Ms. Sen has regularly managed complex discovery involving large electronic databases and productions, including supervising document productions and document review and drafting and responding to discovery requests. She has significant experience advising clients with respect to developing discovery strategies and document retention and destruction policies.
Prior to joining DeVore & DeMarco, Ms. Sen was a litigation associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP.
