Eric Rosenberg advises clients on issues related to information privacy and security, computer intrusions, corporate data breaches, intellectual property rights enforcement and litigation, licensing agreements, digital forensics, internal investigations, cybercrime prevention and incident response, regulatory matters, cyber insurance coverage, and e-commerce. He has also assisted in drafting amicus curiae briefs on matters at the cutting edge of technology law.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Rosenberg completed a fellowship in the Cybercrime & Identity Theft Bureau of the New York County District Attorney’s Office (DANY). There, he worked on trials and investigations involving the theft of trade secrets, computer hacking, trademark counterfeiting, corporate data breaches, and terrorist financing. Mr. Rosenberg has received extensive training in digital forensics and investigations at DANY and with the National White Collar Crime Center.
While pursuing his law degree at Georgetown University Law Center, Mr. Rosenberg worked in the Telecommunications and Media Enforcement Section of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division as well as the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement.
